RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Rich Drip, we want our customers to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. We accept eligible returns and exchanges subject to the conditions mentioned below.

RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product should be:

• Unused and unworn

• In its original condition

• In its original packaging, where applicable

• With original tags attached, where applicable

• Free from damage caused by customer use

Products that have been washed, altered, damaged through use, or otherwise do not meet the applicable conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide your order number along with relevant photographs/videos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.

After verification, Rich Drip may provide the customer with either a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

EXCHANGE

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to product availability and the applicable return/exchange conditions.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, an alternative resolution may be offered, including a refund where applicable.

REFUNDS

Once a refund has been approved, Rich Drip will initiate/process the refund within 5–7 working days.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's bank account or payment account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or payment service provider.

For payments made through an online payment gateway, refunds will generally be processed through the applicable payment channel.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To request a return, exchange, or report a damaged/wrong product, contact us with:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Registered phone number/email

• Reason for the request

• Relevant product photographs/videos, where applicable
